Beautiful basket and delivery was great. Easy online ordering. But the message was never sent with the basket so the recipient didn’t know who it was from which cause confusion.

The arrangement was very well done and the blooms lasted much longer than expected.

I had to change the delivery date after I ordered. It was "no problem". My ex-wife was thrilled with the beautiful arrangement. I couldn't be more pleased with your service and the quality of the arrangement!

This is the first time in over 20 years that my order was not the standard that I grown accustomed to. My recent order resembled a store bought version of lower priced items versus the inspired version that was pictured. I understand my order would not be as exact as the picture but I assumed it would be as beautiful. However, my mother loved the arrangement, and at the end of the day, I am grateful for Beaumont Florist and there many years in the NE community.
